This is our Mad Scientist theme. We are very excited about this one for a couple reasons: In testing, we found that kids REALLY love these activities (and older kids seemed almost more interested than ages 3 to 5). Second, we have included a lot of extra resources and extension activities that we think you will love.
Here you will find 4 videos that explain many activities that can be used for ages 3 to 5. We try to keep them short, but also provide a lot of information. The first videos start with more basic activities and increase in difficulty. Our goal is to provide these materials and instruction as a resource for you to use.
Note: The dye we provided is of course non-toxic, but should not be eaten. It is also washable! The goggles are an aid to help your child feel like a real scientist.
Feel free to be creative and expand upon what we have provided and use the materials in new ways.
