How To Access Videos & Resources

If you are on this page, you were probably trying to access the instruction videos and resources for your Toolbox. Here is what to do:

If you received the Toolbox as a gift:

1. First, create an account.
2. Then send an email to [email protected]. This goes directly to Nathan and Teresa . Let us know the user name you registered and the Toolbox you received. We usually respond in less than 24 hours.

 

If you are a subscriber or bought a Toolbox on the store:

1. Make sure you are logged in.
2. Visit the My Resources page and see if the Toolbox you are looking for is listed there.
3. If you still can’t find it, your account may not have access. In that case, send us an email [email protected] with your user name and the Toolbox you need resources for.
